After your initial, free, consultation, your bookkeeper will set up your files on our hosted servers, which feature enterprise-level security and multiple data backup methods. Once set up, you and your bookkeeper can work in seperate locations an still access the same bookkeeping files. 

		How It Works? Send copies of your financial documents to your bookkeeper. Scan and email the documents or mail them to our secure P.O. box. Using the provided documents, your bookkeeper will enter your data onto our secure QuickBooks Enterprise servers. Your bookkeeper can provide bill pay and recievables entries, billing, payroll entries, sales tax remittance, custom reports, etc. Checks & balances, data accuracy and security protocols are enforced by a controller. They also work with your CPA so you are tax ready. You always have full control and 24x7 access to your files from any location. You also control who can access your data and their permissions.
