To head up our technical team, Turn Key Office is pleased to announce the addition of Daryl Mitchell, a former owner and operator of a Geeks On Call franchise in Loudon County, Virginia. MrMr. Mitchell heads technical service and tool development for the Geeks On Call franchises within our service area and provides project management support.
Daryl Mitchell
Daryl has worked with a number of corporate clients on solutions ranging from training for retirement communities in Sterling, Virginia to technology vendor selection and price negotiation for the Washington, DC PTA school system.
Mr. Mitchell has experience in project management, web development, and technical staff oversight. He worked for America Online in Dulles, Virginia on projects such as AOL.com, AOL Music, Shop@aol, AOL@School and others. In addition to his management background, Mr. Mitchell is a hands on certified computer professional with over ten years of experience and enjoys working in the field with clients. On a personal note, Mr. Mitchell is a Washington, D.C. native living in Takoma with his wife, Niki, and their daughter Jordan.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree and is CompTIA A+, Net+, Security + certified. He also is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Cisco CCNA certified. Brian is proficient with server applications, backup solutions, Cisco switches, VPN configuration and Macintosh support. He has been an IT professional for over six years and provides IT services to clients in Maryland including Harford County, Carroll County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City and Howard County.
Omar
Omar is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) with extensive experience in Windows servers, Exchange, Oracle, Linux and Windows desktop operating systems. He has over 10 years of experience as an IT support specialist and provides services to clients in Washington DC, Arlington, Virginia and McLean Virginia.
Tim
Tim has substantial coursework completed toward his Computer Science degree, a CompTIA A+ certification and 10 years of experience as an IT professional and network administrator. Tim maintains Active Directory, Windows Server, Windows XP, VPNs, Sharepoint, Symantec Backup Exec and services commercial clients in Maryland, including Carroll County, Baltimore County, Howard County, Harford County and Baltimore City.

Lew has been an IT professional since 1974 and has extensive experience with Windows, virus & spyware removal, data backup and transfer, printers, networking, server, laptop and desktop hardware repair and is CompTia A+ certified. Lew provides IT support in Maryland including Cecil County, Harford County, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, Carroll County, Howard County, Anne Arundel County and Prince Georges County.
Gang
Gang has a Masters degree in Information Technology and is proficient with maintaining SQL server, Oracle, Access, MySQL and Relational Databases. He has been an IT professional since 2002 and holds CompTIA A+ and Net+ certifications as well as Oracle developer certifications.
