Turn Key Office expands its Geeks On Call service area, adding Washington, D.C., Arlington, Sterling, and McLean, Virginia to their previous service area of Baltimore City, and Cecil, Harford, Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Prince Georges Counties. We have also added a new dimension to our break-fix solutions. To support customer needs with an advanced level of proactive and preventive services to the business community, we have hired top quality network engineers that can provide levels of knowledge and service beyond those traditionally expected from Geeks On Call.
The new field technician designation of Network Engineer recognizes employees with at least seven years of experience and outstanding educational accomplishments such as Bachelor of Science degrees, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) and Administrators (MCSA), Cisco Certified Network Professionals (CCNP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP). In addition, network engineering candidates are subjected to a more stringent set of technical screening exams. Biographies of each of our computer technicians are available on our website.
To complement our emergency response for break-fix issues, we are able to provide high level network engineering services, including disaster recovery planning and avoidance, remote management, and network infrastructure pre-planned projects.
